KeymasterThat is absolutely amazing! Congrats for being the first to manage to compile and use this new firmware (others are trying as we speak, but you were the first!)
Would you post a short tutorial on how you compiled the code and the BME280 configuration options?
The others would be so grateful!

KeymasterThe left shift is because we want the 7bit address. That is correct.
How is your BME280 connected?
“The 7-bit device address is 111011x. The 6 MSB bits are fixed. The last bit is changeable by SDO value and can be changed during operation. Connecting SDO to GND results in slave address 1110110 (0x76); connection it to VDDIO results in slave address 1110111 (0x77), which is the same as BMP280’s I2C address. The SDO pin cannot be left floating; if left floating, the I2C address will be undefined.” (BME280 datasheet)

Keymastercheck voltage before the 10M going to anode, and GND.
uRADMonitor
KeymasterIf the pulse counter works (touching the ends registers pulses), and there is high voltage on the 10M resistor going to the anode, than the tube is dead and you’ll need a tube replacement.

Keymaster@wanek congrats on your excellent work that went on the uradmonitor blog: https://www.uradmonitor.com/building-kit1-extra-features/

KeymasterSounds great, Don, happy to hear you’ve used the dashboard.
uRADMonitor
KeymasterThanks Paul, understood! I’ll take care of the overlapping units with a little update on the frontend part of things.

KeymasterHi Chris, yes to both questions. Please check the dashboard now. Thanks!

KeymasterGuys, don’t forget to use the Dashboard to set all details for your units! https://www.uradmonitor.com/dashboard/
uRADMonitor
KeymasterI’m anxious about it myself, as this is going to be an excellent product. Thanks Steve!
uRADMonitor
KeymasterThanks Brian, I’ll get back to you on that shortly.

KeymasterHello Paul! How are things going at your end?
The issue happened because the unit’s location reverted to default , based on IP. Please go to the Dashboard and set yours to the right spot: https://www.uradmonitor.com/dashboard/
uRADMonitor
KeymasterThanks, that’s great. There are, however, some reports that the dashboard doesn’t list the connected stations. We’ll need more data to figure that out.

KeymasterHello Eldaria, yes it is. A limited batch of units will be offered to those interested the next few days. Limited because some people preordered their A3 detectors, and will have priority in getting theirs.
Just as an update, there is a new article presenting the A3 on the blog, see it here: https://www.uradmonitor.com/uradmonitor-model-a3/
It goes into more detail on what exactly the A3 does, and how it can impact our health.

KeymasterUnits running firmware v110 or older experienced a bug when trying to configure them via the dashboard: the interface would report that no current units are found, despite having the uRADMonitors properly connected in the same network.
This problem is now fixed, so you all should be able to see your units in the dashboard https://www.uradmonitor.com/dashboard
