Return Merchandise Authorisation


A RMA is a numbered authorization provided by us to permit the return of a uRADMonitor product

RMA is an acronym for Return Material Authorization. A RMA number is assigned to the service order that is created when a customer requests repair, or service of product believed to be defective. RMA numbers are required for all service and repair work performed by us.

Terms and conditions

  • Returning units: before returning a unit, you need to obtain a valid RMA number using this form. Units sent back without a valid RMA number will not be accepted.
  • Shipping method: all returned units must be shipped via DHL Express to our indicated address. No other shipping method is accepted. You will cover the cost of sending the unit back. We cover the cost of sending the repaired unit back to you.
  • Repair costs: units under warranty (12 months from purchase unless otherwise specified) are repaired or replaced free of charge if damage is not from user's fault. Repair for units not covered by warranty will be charged according to the problems identified, not before discussing the issues and costs with you.
  • Return for refund: we can accept returns for refund in 14 days after receiving your unit, if the unit is sent back in the same form as received. We inspect all returned units before issueing a refund.
