ModeratorThe OP’s unit shows radiation level 0 all the time:

That’s not normal, since there is proper high voltage.Wolferl
ModeratorA3 modules do have a USB port! It is even shown on its datasheet, page 1:

ModeratorHi,
Usually, firmwares update for units are personal. To get one, you’ll need to contact Radu stating your unit model and number, and hardware and firmware versions. He will compile a new firmware for you (if one is available) and sent it your way.
I’ve done that for my Smoggie to get rid of the hotspot Wifi.Cheers,

ModeratorHi Alex,
CPM means “counts per minute” and corresponds to geiger tube discharges per minute.
The units are pretty self-explanatory…if you still have questions, feel free to ask them here.HTH,

ModeratorHi Ken,
Yes, bad power supplies are responsible for most sensor failures. The sensors are indeed of good quality, the wall warts supplied are super cheap.
Do you have access to an oscilloscope to check your power supply? What levels of ozone does your unit show when you used batteries?
A dose of 30 to 50 ppb is already considered to be harmful to humans.
WHO 2021 global air quality guidelines
Ozone is nothing to do with pollution like nitrogen or carbon oxides.
Concentration can be high on warm and sunny days.Cheers,

ModeratorHi Ken, can you try a different power supply?

ModeratorHi Jasper,
You may want to contact user “Radu” directly about that.

ModeratorYou’re welcome! Great you got your unit going!
Have a nice day,

ModeratorHi,
I would say, your sensor is shown exactly where you have entered it. You can check on the map, zoom in, on the top right you see the coordinates where the mouse pointer is.
Wild guess: you have the wrong coordinates.
From your IP address, it seems you are located in the south of France. Could it be your position is 44.23N 5.32E (instead of 42.23N)?Cheers,

ModeratorHi,
Which Sensor ID is it please?

ModeratorHi Radu,
May I ask which dual-beam CO2 sensor you are using?
I’m just thinking about upgrading my sensor as well…Thx,

ModeratorHola Esteban,
The time is shown as “epoch”. It is the elapsed time in seconds since January 1st 1970 UTC time.
There are converters to find everywhere, like epochconverter.com
You can use a formula to convert epochs to Excel-Dates.HTH,

ModeratorHi Quincy,
No need to be rude here, dude. I am /not/ the manufacturer, I’m just a customer like you are. I just wanted to point out how this system works.
If you are not happy with its performance, talk to Radu.Cheers and EOD for me,
