    Hi
My unit has gone offline. It was the same time as my WiFi changed. Is there a way to reset to factory defaults in order to reconect?
SSID shows up as expected and unit has steady single beep.
    Any help much appreciated.

    Hi Richard,

I believe you’ll need to connect it to a computer via USB and access it using serial commands. For my A3, once I’m connected I enter “key1″,”EvansWifiSSID” followed by a carriage return, then “key2″,”EvansWifiPassword” followed by a carriage return, then “reset” to restart. The users manual for the A3 describes how to do that, so I’m guessing it will for your device if you have another one.

    Hi Richard,

In addition to what Evan wrote, there is a documentation about that:
    USB Serial Commands Manual
You do find that stuff on the uRADMonitor product pages.

    EDIT: Link corrected

    Hi
    thanks for the reply.
Problem is mine is the Wi-Fi model- no USB port.
    More investigation needed.
    Thanks again Richard.

A3 modules do have a USB port! It is even shown on its datasheet, page 1:

Hi Richard, you can also use the USB command “default” to do a factory reset , if needed.
