I still have to update mine to #111, but that’s a great idea, so the script can live it’s own life.

Nice work, yes the value position shifted in the latest firmware (which added a missing comma), hence the additional modifications.

you can delete the rrdscript line, it’s a leftover from earlier script version.

I would use a while loop instead a recursive call, which is a bad practice in this case.

At the end of this post Howto upgrade your uRADMonitor and graph local statistics you will find an example bash script to create graphs using curl and rrdtool (rrdtool is the replacement for MRTG, by the same author).

Regarding Cacti, I don’t use it anymore, but if I recall correctly you can specify your own data collection script. It should be trivial using the aforementioned script as a template.

And here are the first few hours of local statistics :

    Count per minute RRD

If anybody is interested I can post my (very crude) bash script to generate this.

    Firmware successfully Updated o/

    uRADMonitor 120000xx
    type:1 hw:108 sw:110 SI-29BG

I have been super extra careful to test, test and retest the polarity of the USBAsp connector before connecting the dongle to my computer, as I really didn’t to fry anything (and the Chinese spin-off can’t really be trusted to be the same way than the one pictured in the documentation). I made sure that the ground goes from the USB connector up to the uRADMonitor Board, Then connected the USBAsp, installed the driver, launched a cmd as Administrator and launched the flash procedure. All went well, and I can now read the values directly from the HTTP running on the device.

    Thank you a lot Radhoo

    Great news !

I ordered an USBasp on ebay (switchable tot 3.3V) in the expectation of the new firmware.

Thank you for your work radhoo !
