    Is there a way to deactivate the system beep or to reduce its volume level?

    It can be done via the server side. There will be an option on the dashboard for that so you can configure it yourself, but it is not yet implemented. So I can do it manually for the time being.

    What ID do you want to be muted?

    It would be both units 82000075 and 82000071

    Hi Urs, I set the command on the server, it should be applied the first time the units communicate with the server. Please confirm once they do and you see this in place.

    The new industrial unit is up and running – perfect.

    May I also ask you to switch off the system beep for this unit, too (14000013).

    Command to mute 820000FA was added to the server. It will apply on first A3 communication. Please confirm when it’s done.

    Are there any known issues with the urad network today? A whole lot of units are offline and my A3 is resetting every couple of minutes with the annoying beeps. I had to shut the unit off, otherwise my family will not be able to sleep tonight.

    Hello @andreas, beep command has been issued for your ID, it will get muted the first time it connects. There were some changes being made on the server side, this is why all the units rebooted. Now we’re on a bigger, faster server. Had to do that to cope with the increased traffic.


    @wolferl     yes , you are right. Hopefully we’ll see that soon.
