It appears my device is having a fault.
It boots up and is responsive for maybe a minute then drops.
Power is on but communication stops.Starting continuous ping to 192.168.4.155 – Jan 06, 2019 09:27:22

It is possible the high voltage inverter is failing to produce 380V, resulting in a reboot. Then it goes for DHCP lease again (~12sec) and so on.

January 19, 2019 at 5:18 pm #6415Ken ScottParticipantInspected unit and there is no sign of damage or moisture.
Tried a new power supply.
Runs fine for a few minutes then drops. How do we handle the repair?
January 20, 2019 at 3:59 pm #6417Ken ScottParticipantDo you have the schematics for it?
No I don’t. are they available?January 22, 2019 at 10:09 pm #6421Ken ScottParticipantIn every case when I power it up it functions correctly with proper voltage, however after a few minutes it then drops. Should I proceed with the test you outlined?
I do have a multimeter but am fairly unskilled at electronics.January 29, 2019 at 10:18 pm #6441uRADMonitorKeymasterEasiest solution would be a firmware upgrade, to help the high voltage inverter that seems to be failing.
Here’s how to do it: https://www.uradmonitor.com/firmware-upgrade-guide/
Can you get the usbASP programmer and try this? If yes I’ll send you the new firmware hex file.
February 2, 2019 at 1:40 pm #6457Ken ScottParticipanti have ordered the usbASP
February 14, 2019 at 12:19 am #6458Ken ScottParticipantsent emails, messages and no response. Please email the firmware.
March 2, 2019 at 4:12 pm #6483March 6, 2019 at 8:35 am #6486uRADMonitorKeymasterI also lowered the inverter’s frequency, do you hear any hissing sound?
