ParticipantI would if I could 🙂 – the IP on my unit (11000045) is different to my desktop so I can’t “claim” it via the dashboard. Could you please assign it to my account (you should see they’re in the same /24 subnet).
It now shows with a location in London with many others so you can’t click on it (I had to dig out the ID to get the graph up). Could this be fixed to show multiple graphs when you’re at max zoom on the graph and there are still multiple units at the same location?
Chris.

KeymasterThe unit will appear automatically listed in the Dashboard, IF you are in the same LAN as your unit. We’re using IP address to do the matching.
If this is not possible let me know, and I will change it manually.
Thanks!

ParticipantHi Radhoo – I am at the same LAN. That would be the same external IP is shown for the https://www.uradmonitor.com connection that I do as the unit does when uploading data – but the unit is placed in another network segment then what i am in with my PC.
Idem still do not see any unit in the view. Please add the unit to my account if possible. (1100000A and account name: keld.norman)

KeymasterI went to the DB to do the changes manually, then I save the 1100000A is already assigned to your user id. Please click the Dashboard and post a screenshot with what you see there: https://www.uradmonitor.com/dashboard/
Thanks!

ModeratorHello Radu and thanks again for the Model A. Got it hooked up, but map shows it’s in Shekou, China. Don’t see how in the dashboard I can change the coordinates. Sent my coordinates and unit id via email. It registers a lovely 10 on the map! Awesome.

ParticipantQuick question: should the altitude be the true altitude above (or below!) sealevel [better be storing signed floats in DB] or above ground?
If installed correctly, everyone’s unit should be 1m above ground therefore it can’t be anything else than difference in height to sealevel, right?December 28, 2017 at 7:09 pm #5436Radu
KeymasterThat is correct, and thanks for pointing out there is no description for this parameter. I need to fix that.
I should be the altitude above sea level.

ParticipantAny thoughts on why my A3 is showing a Polish flag, despite coordinates and city being correct in Portsmouth UK?
