Boots up Ok Beeps Creates local wifi hotspot which I can connect to. (Tried both phone and PC connections) When I try to open the browser at page 192.168.4.1 all I get is server unavailable message or unable to connect (dependent on browser I try) I have tried Edge, Firefox and Chrome without success. Properties of the WiFi hotspot show 192.168.4.1 as the DNS server Well and truly stuck at this point. Still unable to connect my A3 WiFi after several attempts.
Boots up Ok
Beeps
Creates local wifi hotspot which I can connect to. (Tried both phone and PC connections)

@fossiloaklists , this is odd, nevertheless let’s see what’s going on.

Try to connect to the local hotspot, then after it is connected, do a ping to 192.168.4.1

Please attach a screen shot with what you are getting.
