I am using Loriot network server, and the device is sending data to the loriot network server. And i have changed the Output to API on Loriot network server. Still the device shows offline. Dear Support,

We are using Lora to communicate the uRADMonitor city.
I am using Loriot network server, and the device is sending data to the loriot network server. And i have changed the Output to API on Loriot network server.
Still the device shows offline.
