After a few trials i have the Radmonitor working.
When i look it shows the place Alkmaar (in The Netherlands). Only the Unit is in Purmerend (Also in The Netherlands). Where / how can i change that?

The location is taken automatically, but it is not exact. This automated mechanism is to ensure plug and play to a maximum extent.

Manually overriding them is possible. The coordinates have been updated to the location indicated.
