    I just got my monitor (A3.4) and the power connector doesn’t connect, it falls out every time.

    The Ethernet port is flush with the plate but the power connector is set back too far for a connection. If I remove the plate then the power connector is solid and won’t fall out.

    How can I fix this as the unit is to be mounted outside.

    Hi Chris,

    I believe your unit has an extra rubber gasket at the bottom, there where the connectors are. This increases spacing and the connectors don’t fit.

    You need to remove this gasket and leave it out. Some units were wrongly assembled with two gaskets instead of the top one only.
