    My unit is no longer shown in the dashboard. And yes, I am logged from the same network as the unit.

    Radu, maybe you could investigate to see what is the issue here?

    Hi nox,

    Is your unit on the map?

    Mine is on the map and everything seems to be working ok, but my dashboard is as empty as yours 😉 I couldn’t tell you how long it’s been like that for.

    Hi Steve,

    Yes my unit is on the map. When the dashboard was first released I’ve got the unit registered in the dashboard, but in the meantime something happened.

    Hello, with me it is the same. My device does not start on the dashboard. I am also on the same network. It is displayed on the map.

    Thanks all, issue found and fixed. Dashboard now shows units correctly. Please confirm.

    Oops, I forgot to mention that even though my unit appears and it shows in bold “uRADMonitor units available at your location:” above the table, at the very top it still says “There are no units attached to your account.”

    Hi Steve, that is correct, if you press the “ADD” button, that message will go away, as you’ll have one unit attached to your account.
