Hi Anthony, his isn’t the answer you seek but, after living in Latin America for some years and traveling in Europe a little, I’ve become used to the fact that most people in the world understand temperature degrees in Celsius. Conversion charts are available online, here is one that includes the conversion formulas for Fahrenheit and Kelvin.

I understand – it’s difficult to learn and adapt to new methods when you’ve been immersed in another system your whole life. I still think in terms of US measurements and do the conversions when I need to discuss purchases or work projects. For me, it’s a small inconvenience.
