Had a similar issue.
Have you tried to use the USB power supply?

Yea I’m trying the USB method found here now – https://www.uradmonitor.com/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2020/08/uRADMonitor_WIFI_CONFIG_comp.pdf

But not seeing any output in the CoolTerm output

Occasionally something gets stuck I think. What I did (worked after a couple times):
1.Unplug USB, wait a few seconds
2.Plug USB in
3.Attempt to connect CoolTerm. (if no output on connection, go to step 1)
