KeymasterCan you open the unit’s IP in your browser to see what the internal webserver puts out? It is possible the high voltage inverter is failing to produce 380V, resulting in a reboot. Then it goes for DHCP lease again (~12sec) and so on.

ParticipantInspected unit and there is no sign of damage or moisture.
Tried a new power supply.
Runs fine for a few minutes then drops. How do we handle the repair?

ParticipantDo you have the schematics for it?
No I don’t. are they available?January 22, 2019 at 10:09 pm #6421Ken Scott
ParticipantIn every case when I power it up it functions correctly with proper voltage, however after a few minutes it then drops. Should I proceed with the test you outlined?
I do have a multimeter but am fairly unskilled at electronics.January 29, 2019 at 10:18 pm #6441uRADMonitor
KeymasterEasiest solution would be a firmware upgrade, to help the high voltage inverter that seems to be failing.
Here’s how to do it: https://www.uradmonitor.com/firmware-upgrade-guide/
Can you get the usbASP programmer and try this? If yes I’ll send you the new firmware hex file.

KeymasterI also lowered the inverter’s frequency, do you hear any hissing sound?
