What’s strange about it is that also the duty cycle has increased:

Did you change the power supply or the power supply cable?
EDIT: I found the answer, it was the temperature that caused the duty cycle increase: the higher temperature levels affected the permeability of the ferrite core in the high voltage inverter, resulting in the higher duty cycle:

Still, I don’t know what’s causing the increase in readings, but I will think more about it.
