The peak in Lodz is a case of gravitational lens, a phenomenon predicted by Albert Einstein.

Fermi GRB190429.74 is the explanation. Gamma rays, X rays etc. were polarized by stars, planets etc. in that place. I thank Prof. Antoine Labeyrie who taught me about gravitational lenses :).
