Recently checked my network and was again made aware of that the smoggie broadcasts a wireless network. I remember reading about it here but there was no solution at that time. I still don’t see a firmware updata and a fix of this problem. What gives? I want to keep my network safe.
My Smoggie does the same thing. I’d really like to remove that default Wifi network when the Smoggie is connected to an Wifi access point.

This is a known issue but no action is taken by Radu.
If you read this Radu, please look into it. Otherwise I will consider to stop feeding data into your platform, and I -will- document the reason why on my weblog.
