    My icon wasn’t showing on the map at all.

    I reset the monitor. It then appeared, off the coast of Africa.
    I assume this is just a 0,0 GPS coord.

    It also says that my monitor is offline.

    Indeed the location was 0,0 and the station appeared as offline due to an issue that is now fixed. Please confirm.
