We represent a small NPO in Albania Called AlternativePro. One of our main concerns is air pollution in our country especially in our capital Tirana. Until now there are very few statistics provided by government but the data are incorrect and maybe manipulated. We are looking forward to set up a pilot project with some 4 or 5 points to control the quality of air as well as providing online real data and info for every one interested.
Could someone in this community be so kind to provide us with some info how we could do this in a cheaper and effective way?
