    Hi there, we have installed two A3’s and two CO Smoggies at a clients workplace, and while the Dashboard on the website shows each of them an “Online”, when I click on each monitor ID to view the data graphs online, the link takes me to uradmonitor.com and shows the map where the items are located but the page appears to have the loading bar going constantly and does not show the pop up box with the “Detailed” link to view the data online.

    We are running them off 4G Wifi modules that connected well. I was able to view the “Detailed” graphs on one A3 yesterday and it appeared to be working well, however, now I can’t view any of them and the webpage bar keeps looking as if it’s trying to load but nothing happens.

    Any ideas as to how we can view the graphs as we really need to be able to view this data for our client?!

    However, the stock communial monitor based in Romania has it’s “Detailed” data graphs available online, where as all of our ones do not.

    Hi Paul,

    It would help if you tell us the ID of at least one of the affected units…

    Hi Wolferl,

    All sorted thanks. It appears that because we had clicked on the option to make the units “Hidden”, this was hindering us from accessing the graph data online, even though the units were active and recording. However, we have unselected the “Hidden” option and instead are using the “Randomize” feature. This maintains our clients privacy while still allowing us to obtain the online data.
