    Nice solution Radoo !
    1) mic is already outside the box
    2) will change the resistor to around 40K (68K across the existing 100k, do not have the needed smd format)

    in the mean time the programming hardware also arrived, doing a software update is possible ….

    In your case it is excellent that the mic is outside, but we’ll need a general solution which is not easy. Any ideas?

    Please see the diagram attached to make it easier to identify the resistor.

    I am sending you the firmware by email.

    The audio circuit of Unit 8200007B is modified and on line.
    As always the hardware mod was quickly done, but needed 10-times more time with the software (drivers) (I’m not so into bits and bytes….)
    Found somewhere a 62k resistor that was put across the existing 100k, for those who want to have a go see jpg
    Now monitoring for a few day to see the results.
