Try, try and try again.
– another browser (elinks perhaps)
– another computer
– separate router/DHCP server combo
– See if the interface activity LED is blinking
– HUB + Wireshark

Does your router accept static IPs in the active DHCP pool?
I don’t think the uradmonitor unit is defective.
