Also the Ozone reading is at a constant 20ppb.
Oh the PM2.5 reading started to work suddenly but Ozone is still a flat line.
I am noticing a PM2.5 reading of 156μg/m3. That seems… insanely high? How can I test the accuracy of the device?

Since I had experienced a similar problem with my Smoggie, I’d suggest you try a different power supply, it could very well be it shows exessive ripple on the 5 volt rail, which can affect operation of your A3.
Which unit is yours?

Yours failed after two years though? Mine is brand new. I think maybe my downstairs neighbor is smoking cigarettes in her unit.
