Painter
ParticipantHi,
In the Athens area map below you can see a few clusters and nodes.
I believe the “real” nodes are about 4-5.See screenshot 1.jpg
I think the problem started after I tested at home a new unit that I made for a friend.
After that unit was permanently installed at my friends home some new units/clusters started to be created automatically.
That was depending on when I was logging in my account from home or when he was doing the same.As you can see below it seems that I have two units, 13000204 and 13000211. The correct is 13000204 (Painter), the other unit ID is online in another location and should be assigned to a different account (emel).
See screenshot 2.jpg
The unit 13000211 is online at my friend’s house but I suppose after deletion it will be auto created and he can save/assign it to he’s account (emel).
I believe that the units 1300020D, 13000209, 13000210, 1300020F, 1300020C, 1300020E and 13000211-OnLine were autocreated due to a lock created when i first tried the unit 13000209 at home not allowing the unit to be properly assigned to an other account. If i remember well 13000209 was the first id autoassigned to the unit currenlty known as 13000211.
So, to sum up, I suggest one of the below:
A) Delete the units: 1300020D, 13000209, 13000210, 1300020F, 13000211, 1300020C, 1300020E
B) Remove unit 13000211 from account “Painter” and assign it to account “emel” and delete the units: 1300020D, 13000209, 13000210, 13000020F, 1300020C, 1300020EThanks

KeymasterDone!
For the 13000211, you will need to also set the new user ID / user Key in the firmware, if you didn’t already.

ParticipantThanks Radu, indeed now the map is clean from the clones.
Now 130000211 does not exist anymore, it’s gone to 130000212 that is now showing in my dashboard (instead of the 130000212), can we somehow have it removed for my dashboard? if not i have a feeling that it will somehow start again re-creating new nodes.
When i did the firmware the correct user ID user Key was indeed set.

Keymaster13000212 is online. Do you want me to delete it?

ParticipantHi Radu,
I want it deleted from my account. I don’t mind if it is gets auto created again with a different ID as long it does not get assigned to my account (Painter).
It belongs to “emel” so if you have some way to assign it to that account then we will be just fine. Thanks,
Stefanos
