My box router config is from 192.168.0.10 to 192.168.0.50 address range.

The problem is your network mask. The default mask is 255.255.255.0 you need to change it to: 255.255.240.0 and then you’ll be able to see the unit.

The problem is I cannot change the mask on my box.
