I have two one A3 and one A4, the A3 is wired and the A4 is wifi. I got the A4 this week (early December 2024).

As you can see some sensors are not working on the A3, and some are just plain wrong. Not sure why but lets focus on the PM25 it shows on the A3 there is a pm25 of 3.

The A4 is installed 20cm away from the A3, so I would have expected that the pm25 would be around 3. From day one I did not get any recordings on voc or any of the pm(1,10,25) am I correct to say that if the sensors either on the A3 and A4 keep recording 0 they can be considered faulty?
