    When my unit shows offline it’s usually due to a power outage. When the power comes back on I reboot the router and then turn off the power source to the unit and turn it back on, within a short time it shows online again. If you have tried that with no success, let us know.

    I have tried the above, it was shown offline all day, but it it still transmitting data which is captured online…

    The unit, switch and router are all on a UPS so it was not a power interruption that caused it. There has been no changes to the firewall, and it did go online for a short period after I cycled the power to the unit yesterday and then when I later looked it was offline again.

    What port is this using to connect or is there a heartbeat inbound?

    I have just gone and verified the status and without any intervention, it went online at about an hour ago and the local portal is displaying the correct data
