Yup, it’s happening, right on time before MWC 2016. It’s been a busy day, but finally a working Android implementation to consume the Server data API is available (not yet released on Google Play but will be soon)

    Feedback , ideas?

It’s working OK on my Google Nexus 7 tablet and Samsung Galaxy S5 phone so far.

(My suggestion is that the app always opens at the last recorded / known location. I usually keep the GPS off on both of my devices and only turn it on when needed. i.e. Once I’ve used the app and clicked on my location with the GPS on, it always opens that location until I click the button on the map for my current location. That way I can always check home first).

    Hi Radu! How are you?!
I would like to inform you that, from some months on, my Android App is not able to connect to the server. it says “Download in progress” but, except for the map, it downloads nothing. It happens both when I am on wi-fi coverage and when I am in 3G.
Is it a problem of my mobile or there is something else?
thank you in advance for your preciuos cooperation!!!
    Cheers my friend!!!

    Hello Marco!

I’ve seen it myself. Currently the Android App is on hold due to resources being directed to other directions (server: backend/frontend, hardware: model A3 & Model D), but we’ll see a new version of the app as well before the end of the year. Meanwhile feel free to post suggestions, requirements for features you’d like to have, or even pictures from other apps to show things you like.

    Thank you!
    Radu
