    Hi there,
    here is Associazione Arma Aeronautica from Caserta, Italy.
    We joined the network last July.
    After a period of inactivity (due to a change of our location) we noticed something strange in the operation of our relevator.
    We observed it literally “crashed” to 0 cpm and raised its “duty” after few hours it was online (5/6 hours, on average).
    Any ideas to fix this problem?

    It looks like a tube failure.

    You can either ship it back for a replacement, or change the tube directly as it only requires simple soldering.
